I have quite a few website hosted on this platform and Ive never had a problem like this. Really struggling. So strange we have checked server side and everything seems okay. Ive also tested it on two different networks.

Downloaded from ftp but when trying to import it just hands at 0.0 MB? (I have installed the addon plugin)
