Yes, with the extended version you can create and manage multiple menus and put them on your pages and posts using the associated shortcode for each menu:
[WP_Restaurant_Menu id=”{DB id}”]
Examples:
On a page: [WP_Restaurant_Menu id=”1″]
On another page: [WP_Restaurant_Menu id=”2″]
On a post: [WP_Restaurant_Menu id=”3″]

[wp_simple_survey_result_score]
[wp_simple_survey_result_full_summary]
Have you upgraded to the 3.x branch from the 2.x branch where those shortcodes were different or is the documentation wrong somewhere?

There may just be an issue with your configuration.
What kinds of errors are you getting?

The actual upgrade notice already says:
= 3.0.0 =
* WARNING: The 3.x branch is not backwards compatible with the 2.x branch. If you choose to upgrade you will have to re-setup your quizzes and questions. You will also lose direct access to your stored results but they will still exist in the database.
