We rarely get people who can’t find the admin screen for the plugin. It adds a menu item on the WP Admin sidebar called:

“Surveys/Quizzes”

I don’t think it can get any more user friendly, see the screenshot:

It sounds like you are punishing the plugin for having premium features instead of rating it based on whether it does what it says it does.

There is an extended version with some extra features. Because a lot of time went into the plugin, the developers have to recoup some of their costs and charge a small fee of $15 to unlock the extra features.

is a false statement.

You get a fully functioning quiz with a ton of features as described. There are extended features that people have paid for. It seems like you are punishing the quiz because there has been continued development.

You get a fully functioning quiz with all the features listed in the Free Version.

This rating seems to be punishing the fact that we have an extended version with some extra features that people have paid for.

Can you update your rating? It seems like you got this working after you resolved a conflict with another plugin.

Correct, depending on your program and region, you may need to use the import region. The same program will import differently using a double click open in different regions (Europe or US for example).
