Thank you for your reply.
Does the error also occur with only Elementor active and the Hello parent theme active? Do you have any custom coding in the Hello child theme? Do you have any other active third-party Elementor plugins active?
Please also try deleting the plugin and reinstalling it and ensure there are traces of it in the database before the reinstallation.
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind regards,
RichardHello @okekrr
Thank you for your reply and the video. Have you tried changing the overflow settings to “hidden”? Another step would be to temporarily switch to our Hello theme and deactivate all plugins except Elementor. Ensure a backup is in place before taking these steps.

I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing. Please confirm if you have tried deactivating all plugins except Elementor and Elementor Pro (ensure you have a backup in place), and let us know which theme is active and the version of it.
Do the PHP error logs explicitly mention Elementor Pro in the first line (please do not share the logs here)?
I tried viewing the site, but unfortunately got this: https://prnt.sc/_g9COEdAhdhO.

I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing.
Please refer to this short screen recording and let me know if you are still experiencing the same on an actual device: https://www.loom.com/share/e107ca9dc7944d28839ef23396510392?sid=25496695-cc22-48d2-b4c3-50de7eebefbd. Please let me know which device and OS you are experiencing this on, or if it is only when dragging the desktop browser to tablet landscape view size (which I also tried with no apparent issues).
Also, check your overflow hidden settings in your containers: https://prnt.sc/_rWNtx150v1i
Looking forward to your reply.

Hello @bi1012037, Thank you for the update. I checked for any bug reports or cases related to this to no avail. I can also not replicate it on my test site. The issue appears to be more related to WooCommerce, as all the examples are from their classes.
I have created a test page here for you to check (two buttons, the checkout widget, and a form): https://fvwucgie.elementor.cloud/buttons/.
Kind regards,

Hello @simsim1986
Thank you for reaching out. I appreciate your patience in this matter. I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing. Do you have a custom code on that particular page? Does the issue occur on all pages?
It might be a conflict with your theme or plugins. Please follow these steps and let me know if it solves the issue:
Deactivate all of your plugins except Elementor. If this solves the problem, gradually activate each plugin until you spot the problematic one.
You can temporarily switch your WordPress theme to Hello Elementor (or another default theme) and see if it solves your error.(Please ensure you have a backup in place for all these steps.)
I hope this information helps you.
Kind regards
Hello @tononig
Thank you for reaching out. I appreciate your patience in this matter and apologize for any inconvenience caused. As of version 3.26, the “Upgrade Swiper Library” feature, introduced in 3.11, was also merged to Core. Elementor no longer loads the old Swiper 5 files, fully migrating Elementor widgets to Swiper 8. Please refer to this article: https://developers.elementor.com/elementor-3-26-developers-update/ (Section: Merged Features).
Let us know if we can further assist.Kind regards,
RichardThank you for confirming. Have you performed the troubleshooting steps that @miloss84 mentioned? Do you have any third-party Elementor plugins installed and active?
Please also send us a screenshot of your system info or send us the file: https://elementor.com/help/systems-info/
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind regards,Hello,
Thank you for the video. I see and understand the issue, but I am not able to replicate the issue: https://www.loom.com/share/215a302a0036479e8d0fcfce0b67f12d?sid=538fae26-abd3-4c3d-860c-e43622661e9d.The maps appear immediately on all 3 websites. Is it perhaps some connection issue to the Google API and the server?
Please also try embedding a Google map directly on a native WordPress post or page to check.Kind regards,
Hi Thomas,
Thank you for your feedback. It appears there is a conflict between the the cookie plugin, the Google API, and Elementor (if it works for Vimeo, but not YouTube). Have you tried a different cookie plugin/banner to replicate or eliminate the issue?
Kind regards,
