About the Customizer mod translations for Divi – like I said before – I’ve put this aside as a feature update for following month. I’ve tested it on couple other themes and even the custom fields work. It’s probably no point in asking Divi devs to change the way they set up options/mod, soo I will try to make an update for this to work on all themes.

Sign below for notification on this post and I will personally message you here, when it will be included. For now, your other option is to use String translations via child theme, I guess.

@jacobwonder it could be due to the “disabling preferred language” in previous version. Please update the plugin and check if the default language settings are still breaking. If so, I would kindly ask you to provide some debug logs and/or screenshots, so I can start investigate this.

I just had and opportunity to get licensed Divi theme with builder and it indeed overrides the values and it may be the way options/mods are being saved. By default this plugins uses options with custom language suffixes to be able to distinguish correct option for correct language. I may yet look into adding support for custom theme mods too, but this can be expected no sooner than upcoming months. My apologies and for now I’ll leave this as resolved as this is more “feature missing” related.

I’ve updated the code. That line indeed had to go, as it can be modified within Polylang scope and was just dev preference.

Hi @penhtech thanks for report – I really appreciate it. I will check this issue out in following days and try to reproduce the issue and if it is indeed the plugin’s fault, I’ll make a fix for it.

Hi.
I just checked your website and I noticed you’re using free version of Appointment theme. In support forums they state, that some additional translation options are only available in premium theme.
Please try to switch another theme or write them directly as this plugin will take theme_mod and options to switch between language translations in Customizer.

That’s why it works on one and not on another.

This plugins focus is to make Customizer Translatable. I will consider this as feature in next release, but for now you can use WooCommerce Polylang Integration plugins, for example, Hyyan WooCommerce Polylang Integration

W2014 – i’ve pushed it as 1.1.3 to make new updated trunk for SVN.
It is now commited and you should see it shortly. The issue doesn’t appear on my end anymore. If you still have it, try reinstalling it again.

This issue was fixed in last version. Please update the plugin, clear cache and reactivate it.

I’m setting status to “resolved” as I have no proof of error or debug log provided from you. Please, do so and I will reopen issue if it’s gonna happen again in new version.
