In the Backups settings for BackUpWordPress, click on the down arrow on the Help tab at the top of the page. On the left hand side of the help page click on the Constants section. This will explain how you can set some constants in your wp-config file.
The HMBKP_PATH is the constant you need to add to specify the backup folder path.
