Thank you for the quick reply; yes i did see theres a section a lot lower in the Q and A. I had to use the “or you can tell Autoptimize to initialize earlier, by adding this to your wp-config.php: define(“AUTOPTIMIZE_INIT_EARLIER”,”true”);” – seemed to work fine.

Hmmm, im also in the same situation it seems!

Im made all the changes such as:

NextGEN Basic Thumbnails;
Show slideshow link Yes No (selected)

NextGEN Basic Slideshow;
Show thumbnail link Yes No (selected)

Ive then gone into the individual galleries (Gallery settings) and upload, Save changes etc – but ive still got the [Show slideshow]…..ahhhhh! ??

Is there some Editor, plugin for the next gen somewhere? (ie nextgen-gallery/nggallery.php) Thanks!

It did not seem to do much im afraid, when i uploaded the folder and files to the directory. The new user just regsitered, and logged on. Thank you…..

Thank you, its much better now. Ive set the update at 3am weekly – it does take sometime, i must admit the backup really puts into a strain on the server; no one can really use the site during it, 40 secs delay in pages etc – but at least it doesnt get into the loop.

I did install WP-Cron Schedules and placed it on a 3am schedule, tuesday (and linked the backup to Dropbox) so i was hoping that that would fix the issue, but as said the site was so slow tuesday morning and the tech support said there was a loop issue – the killed the cron settings and suddeny the site was quick again (so thats why im here).

Ive set the Exclude as both:

backup*,*backups,backwpup*,wp-clone,wpcf7_captcha
upgrade,cache,updraft,backup*,*backups,wpcf7_captcha

I will also ask the webhost about this as well.

Ive come across that youtube video about meta keywords from google; you get all sorts of data from other sources. This was quite interesting – https://www.metatags.org/google_ignores_meta_tags_in_ranking “Google ignores meta tags – or not ? The real story !”

Yoast did have a button where you can have the option for meta tags? Maybe its something you can consider one day – gives the client an option either way……

The latest update of Yoast still wont be able to use the fusion core – thats game over. Im using a different SEO plugin now….yoast, later!

I have avada, latest version of it – both Post and pages in editing mode, are blank. They can appear when going to Visual version of it, but cant do anything in Fusion at all….really not good…..
