Ask your host to increase your php memory size.

Drag into the widget area in your appearance panel.

Check with your hosting provider.

You will need to learn on-page and off-page SEO. I don;t think this is the place where you can learn forums though.

You need to check with your hosting. Perhaps it is the domain that needs some time for the propogation activity.
