just to conclude this topic… There is no solution for this and I really don’t know where to look into any longer.

I deactivated all plugins that could have any kind fo effect, optimized tables, removed caching plugins, changed theme, posted on the other referred sites above (noone answered)…

I think there might be some data corrupt but now idea how to fix, tried already to recreate attributes lookup table, cleaning etc (under tools), but no luck at all

I have a categories menu in that site, it filters all the products correctly, same thing under admin page, just for the REST API categories are null.

In my case, I ended up with a Dropdown, went to the advanced tab, under Dynamic options I selected post types and right below for dynamic options I used my custom post type to populate the info

Yes, I tried for a couple of days comparing 4 sites, containing some plugins in common, deactivating them, changing HPOS back to storing in post tables, looking at websites hosted in the same server and another server as well.

Also, I digged to check if any of the plugins adds on any api data that could generate a conflict, installed some of the plugins in the ‘problematic’ website in others that were working, remove SEO plugins, just to name a few.

I just posted after not knowing anymore what to do

if I use the api to filter products by category id it will work and result all the products under the specified category

wp-json/wc/v3/products?category=549

sorry for the late reply, I needed to solve this ASAP and we decided to go for another solution (it means not using WP-forms anymore).

We’re using a paid version at the company but it was not working anyway Either messsage or download, both confirmations not.

so, for this situation we went for something else, but you could still look into trying to notify using a message and then redirecting. It won’t work (paid version)

I could solve the problem now.

I tried all the mentioned steps and the error remained the same.

Suggestion for the language under item 1, was already set.

1) I went to elementor and elementskit items was not activated, so I changed this.
2) change permalink structure and cleared cache as suggested under steps 2 and 3

2 things that were crucial to fix the problem were

1) activating elementskit items under elementor
2) clearing the cache from WPML (it was a menu change and didn’t sync well)

What has that got to do with using mod_PHP or otherwise?

When using cpanel with suPHP handler the owner of the account can handle whatever permissions needed…

basically it would be just a huge coincidence for me that before I moved to a server with DSO handler, even the site being multi-sites, it was working smoothly…
The only changes I made whas upgrading the wordpress version from 3.5 to 3.5.2 and the plugin from 3.8 to 3.8.5

the errors were already clear to me…
I haven’t commented but I have already uploaded all the wordpress files and plugins as well in order to achieve something different.

I spent hours daily googling and trying to sort it out before posting here… it was more because since I haven’t found anything that really helped my problem I thought I could get something I was missing…
