I posted a similar concern one year ago with no response. When members login in they frequently (at least once per week) get the message “security check failed on login”. I get the same message regardless of browser and the only solution is to go into admin and select the “Delete Cache” from the dashboard. All plugins are up to date. Is this a known WPSC problem or plugin incompatibility? I also have several security plugins and emembership. I would appreciate any help. Thanks.

I had to re-create the 24 quizzes as I didn’t have a backup. Since then, I have faithfully backed up on the server and I purchased Backupbuddy. Sometimes it takes a hacking experience to do what is right. Thanks for your help…..Bob

I was able to find a backup file with four java script files stored in plugins>slickquiz>js. They are jquery-1.7.min.js, Master.js, slickquiz.js and slickquiz-config.js.

In cPanel I pasted those 4 js files into the new js folder (wp-content>plugins>slickquiz>js) and hoped that they would appear when I next viewed the plugin in wp-admin. Unfortunately, I see no quizzes brought up. Thanks for any help….Bob

My developer deleted these javascripts and I deactivated the one plug in I installed after Slickquizzes but neither caused the quizzes to reappear. Once again I captured the source code on pastebin if you would be so kind as to take another look. Thanks https://pastebin.com/SgyvVs7A

With your help I was able to publish the quizzes successfully 3 weeks ago. They are now gone even though the plug in is activated, is the newest and I can see the shortcode. Since then we did install a new table plugin. Here is the code https://pastebin.com/HYjm1dk5

Basically, I viewed my chapter in html in my WYSIWYG editor and pasted [slickquiz id=1] just above “References” near the end of the chapter and published it but I didn’t embed it in any other html code. Many thanks….Bob

I am trying to add 5 sample questions at the end of each of my online book chapters. I had no problem creating the questions, publishing them and pasting [slickquiz id=1] just before references at the end of the chapter.The problem is nothing happens when I click on get started, just a pretty blue icon.
