This is what we need to create.
Image one _ only shows 2 searchfields. Fill in a sirename and a date of birth.
If one or both is not correct you get a notification: your search is not correct

image two _ the reult when you fill in a correct sirename and date of birth.
Information over the person is shown.

Can i create this with your plugin?

Sorry for my late reaction. I didn’t receive an email so i didnt know about youre respond. I will check in more often from now on.

I am sorry to inform you that the update did not change anything.
After updating the plugin i clicked the Create an invoice button.
This created a blank page with the warning “This page is not working”

And clicking on the view invoice button is still showing a black page with in the middle a small splash screen with text: Error! Could not load PDF document.

Please tell me which info you need to get a better idea of the problem.

I am hoping that someone here can help me with a similar problem.
For it seems that the forum from DB-Toolkit is down for quite a while.

I have recently updated my version of WP to 3.5.1 and I also updated the DB-Toolkit plugin to version 0.3.2.026
After the update I tested my website on my local server and this my problem:

In my website I am using DB-Toolkit interface as a list of entries.
Just above the list there is a set of buttons. Add Item, Filters, Export to PDF etc.
But now, after the update, it seems that the Add Item button does not work anymore.
I test this in Chrome, FF, IE8 and Safari and the problem applies to all browsers.

Because this problem seems similar to what AppSynergy explained I was hoping his tips would help.
But unfortunately it didn’t.

Has anybody have some ideas?

I have made an account on youtube
The URL is youtube.com/user/tiltmusicvideo

With your plugin widget it is possible to show only the video from this account by entering the ID in the ID field.
So when I enter tiltmusicvideo in the video ID field it works.

But when I try this in a page or post, and make a shortcode that looks like this:
[youtube]tiltmusicvideo[/youtube]
It does not work.

Am i missing something here?

I made an extra field in form extra.
I called this “leerling volgnummer” and also gave it the same nickname.
But.. how do i let a summery from that unique ID show up in a teachers later form?

I have been looking at your idea, and I must say it has solved some issue which I expected to deal with in a later stadium. So there for many thanks.

But my basic problem is not solved. And I’ve got the feeling that perhaps it wasn’t explained well.
I’m not sure but let me try it one more time with an example.

What I meant with “splitting up the child registration” is that once a child registration is started by, let’s say a special teacher, then the first form will deal with that. She fills in the name, birth, address, class, etc.

But after a few months the special teacher needs to fill in a second form (still related with this child)with questions like how is the child doing in his new class, did the special treatment help or does he need special courses. etc.

And after a few more months the special teacher fills in a third form which would be about the outcome and a summary.

And that’s why I was hoping for the possibility of posting the data from the thirst form (name address etc.) including the short code from the second form (progress, treatment, etc.).

Again. I wasn’t sure if you understood my question. And perhaps there is still no solution possible. But then at least I’m sure my explanation wasn’t the cause.
