any idea why the extra livestream options are not showing up in my livetv bundle configuration options? i have all parts of the plugin activated.

should i disable them all and then re-enable them all? should i delete the plugin and reinstall it?

ty for any insight

where is this configuration page found? i do not have it anywhere to be found.
