What content do you have in the Form tab panel?

This is the way ‘Inschrijfformulier’ is written:

<label> Voor- & achternaam
    [text naam] <label>

<label> Straat & huisnummer
    [text straat] <label>

<label> Postcode
    [text postcode] <label>

<label> Woonplaats
    [text woonplaats] <label>

<label> Telefoonnummer
[tel tel] <label>

Yes I saw that, but the code doesn’t have an edit.

It looks like this:

Voor- & achternaam
[text naam]

Straat & huisnummer
[text straat]

Postcode
[text postcode]

Woonplaats
[text woonplaats]

Telefoonnummer
[tel tel]

E-mailadres
[email email]

‘Voor & achternaam’ looks fine, ‘Straat & huisnummer’ is smaller, ‘Postcode’ is even smaller and so on, and so on.
