I am the Owner and have full admin….I have found another plug in that works and have it running. Thank you.

I have tried everything. It is there in Plugins and activated, however it will not show up anywhere on my site. UGHHH….I have had to put major protection on my site due to traffic and hackers. So it may be blocking all attempts to add this.

I do not have access at all. I have a security set up and firewall on my page that may be blocking this plug in; however, it is activated and installed.

There is nothing to click on for Group chatroom
. Nothing in my dashboard has changed.

Site health tells me to update WordPress…it says I do not have access.
It says to delete unused plug ins…it won’t let me.
At a loss…..
