Jordy, I have Renamer (Pro), and Media Cleaner (Pro) and Database Cleaner (Pro). They’re all good, and I use each one – but the slickest, the handiest, is Renamer. ?? Tim

David,
I may be beating a dead horse here… but:
Last backup job run: No backup has been completed.
Under the Existing Backups tab it says:
2014-10-14 16:37 (Not finished) (No database)So… do I have a full backup or not?
Thank you, I do appreciate your time,
TimDavid,
I may have spoken to soon… under settings it says one back up (not finished) and (no database). It has been almost 12 hours since I began the back-up. I did get an email saying the backup was “apparently” successful at about the 8 hour mark.
I just want to make sure the plugin will do what I need it to do prior to purchasing it… so far, I cannot seem to get it to do what it needs to do.
I have pasted the new log to pasetbin. Since the file is too large, I just pasted the Warnings and the end of the process. I hope that is sufficient.
Thank you,
TimDavid,
It worked that time. But, it took over 8 hours. I guess that is normal? I had another backup service at one time and it seemed like it took less than 30 minutes – maybe not even that long. I guess I don’t care how long it takes – I am just wondering if 8, almost 9, hours would be normal for backing up about 300MB.
Thank you for all your support. As soon as I understand what is going on… I plan to buy the full package.
I do appreciate the support!!
TimDavid,
Thank you. I looked in my gmail and that is the same time I had a developer working one some projects – it turns out he was not the most skilled developer. I wonder if he has something to do with this very, very large file. In an abundance of caution I am downloading the file to my hard drive prior to deleting it on the web server.
I will then delete it and try again.
Thank you,
TimHello,
How long could a backup take? It has been 9 hours.
I tried pastebin, but the paste was too large. Assuming you only need the beginning and end of the log, I have pasted that much.
Here is the paste: https://pastebin.com/9Skq7Upt
I do notice some warnings about very large files. This is an ecommerce site with thousands of files, some files are downloadable eBook products.Thank you,
Tim
