Yes strange, I have gone through cache settings as you allude to so not sure what reproducing to do, cause that gallery is always changed in the same way but the end result (of showing or not showing the ‘new’ image) is inconsistent.

Will try some more and be back if I can reproduce better, thanks for the quick support.

I serve stale off and purged all. In one try it works, not sure it’s good to have it off though, load wise?

It’s gallery in a sticky post, see screenshot, imagine I replace the left most image and just resave the gallery. The new one is often, if not always, not shown.

Just a note: I am not using any of the themes mentioned in similar and recent support threads here. It is unlikely to be a theme issue and also not other plugins.

Can you say what was it? what did the host need to do? because it has happened in my case too

On the Users page (wp-admin/admin.php?page=footballpool-users) checking the ‘not a user in the pool’ is one option.

By any chance are you using it in an added site in a multisite install? If so, that could be it.

I guess, as mentioned in other support thread or two, this was the issue of using the plugin on a additional site in a multisite install. Activated it on the main site and it seems fine.

I hope Antoine sees this and answers another question.
Is there a way to show the number of matches the player predicted on the ranking page?
