What do I have to edit exactly?

So my question is where does my image need to be for wptouch to actually use it?

Yeah I didn’t realise that there wasnt much advantage editing it locally it does seema quite a hassle. Thanks for your information though it’s helped me clarify things.

Thank you for the reply I appreciate it and it has cleared up a lot of things.

Is it possible then edit the site regularly locally with MAMP then ‘upload’ them to the real server on hostgator or would that be quite complex involving me moving the whole site over every time to do an edit.

I just think that it would be quite handy to have the option to make edits locally even with out an internet connection then once i’m happy I can transfer them to the real server and have them ‘live’. As long as there is a simple-ish way of doing that, is that possible?
