I added dummy user with subscriber role and assigned and it is working correctly right now.Thanks Agelonwl for help, much appreciated

there are only two setting for no-user booking:
Enable No-User Booking Mode?
which is set to YESAssign bookings to
emptyAnd please note that I didn’t changed anything (delete or update or ..), I just upgraded the event manager to latest version.

Yes it was working properly before update
I don’t know what was the working version number, but the version right now is 5.3.6.1
