I’m using this theme too, are you wanting to replace the images in the header?
It wasn’t too difficult to do, check mine if you want.
You simply have to replace the images found in this folder path
wordpress/wp-content/themes/sliding-door/imagemenu/images/
I simply loaded them in PS and overwrote my new images into the folder
