    Hi @yuliandesign

Thanks for your question! To answer, when a 100% coupon is used, WooCommerce marks orders as ‘Processing’ because it typically indicates a payment needs to be confirmed, even though no actual payment is made with a full discount.

For digital and downloadable products, you may want to follow the guide here setting it up if you haven’t already: https://woocommerce.com/document/digital-downloadable-product-handling/

Let me know if this helps.

    Hi @sgumby

I understand that wizards and popups can be a bit much when you’re familiar with the setup. Just to clarify, are we talking about the WooCommerce setup wizard and notices, or is this issue with WordPress core features / other plugins?

To better understand, could you send over a screenshot of what you’re seeing? You can use snipboard.io to take a screenshot then send the URL here. Looking forward to your response.

    Hi @zedxxx

Thanks for the additional details! You can connect to WooCommerce support by visiting WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You can use a desktop browser but make sure to log in to your WooCommerce.com account. Or create one if you haven’t already.

For setting up the mobile app, kindly check the documentation to ensure your device meets the requirements and that you’ve followed the setup guide:

Just a note: The message “Your store is not driven by WordPress or REST API is disabled” usually shows up if the WooCommerce app can’t find a WordPress setup on your site. Make sure the URLs you entered when entering the site address is correct with no typos, then try the setup process again using the link/s above.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi @mattthomas-photography

I see how this can be confusing when the Express Checkout buttons aren’t showing up as expected on the Pay for Order page, especially when they work fine elsewhere on your site.

To move forward, please ensure that your theme and any customizations are not affecting the display of the buttons. Sometimes themes can override the default WooCommerce templates.

Next, confirm that you have the latest versions of both WooCommerce and the Stripe gateway plugin. If you haven’t yet, try updating them to see if that helps. We recommend backing up your site before pushing updates.

Could you also verify the settings for your Stripe gateway to ensure that Payment Request Buttons are enabled? If they are on for regular checkout, they should ideally also appear on the Pay for Order page.

If these steps don’t resolve the issue, please send us the system status report (SSR) so we can look at your site’s setup and find any other possible causes. Also to test on our end if you have a URL for your site we can inspect. You can find the SSR by going to WooCommerce → Status, selecting Get system report, and then Copy for Support.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Hi @carlbensy16

You’re welcome, and thanks for the kind words! Feel free to share what your results here, it could help others with the same experience.

Just a reminder, if you’re working with custom code, be sure to save a backup of your site first before running them to stay on the safe side. ??

    Hi @ichigoellysea

First of all thank you for using WooCommerce! Your questions show you’re interested in learning more, which we really appreciate. I’ll answer based on the two responses you sent adding relevant links that might help, let me know if I miss anything. ??

For the first one “Order Received” page might not be correctly set as the “Thank You” page in WooCommerce settings. To check this, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced and make sure the “Order received page” is correctly set to your custom page. If the page doesn’t appear there, you will need to ensure it is created and set appropriately. Customizing order confirmation documentation can help.

aren’t order confirmation emails supposed to be sent automatically ? Is it because of my page issue that they didn’t send ?

And to make the mail send automatic (I found a tutorial but for an external plugin, not for the basic woocommerce mail).

For the order confirmation emails not sending automatically, this is usually turned on by default. Check under WooCommerce > Settings > Emails and make sure that the “Processing order” and “Completed order” emails are enabled. If they are enabled but not sending, there might be a conflict with another plugin or with your email server settings. Email settings documentation can guide you through the process.

How can I make it show up as it should ? Also, how can I customize the look of those pages ?

Regarding customizing the default WooCommerce pages with Elementor, not all WooCommerce pages can be directly edited as they may contain dynamic content. However, you can create custom templates for these pages using Elementor Pro’s Theme Builder. Under Templates > Theme Builder, you can design single product pages, product archives, and other WooCommerce-related templates. We would suggest reaching out to Elementor Support for further guidance about this as customizations are a bit outside our scope of support.

I’d like to set up a double check for payment (the one that promps the client to check with their bank app to validate the payment) but I guess I need to see that with stripe ?

And to have that double auth for payment via the bank apps.

For the double authentication for payments, this feature is indeed something that is managed through the payment gateway, you’d want to choose a payment gateway first then set it up from there, we have our own WooPayments if you’d like to try that out, here’s the documentation for it.

But you can find many payment gateway options on our WooCommerce Marketpalce. Each one has different features and fees based on what you need.

Keep us posted on your progress!

    Hi @khadijahmohamood

Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry you’re experiencing this. I see that you’re having trouble with the WordPress built-in analytics showing a “TypeError” message. It looks like there might be a conflict with the version of the React library that’s being used by WordPress or a possible issue with a script on your site. This could have been triggered by a recent update or a plugin conflict.

To move forward, I’d like to ask:

    1. Did the error come up after you clicked on the analytics link in your dashboard? Also, to clarify, did you mean WooCommerce analytics?
    2. Did you add any new features, plugins, or update something recently? They might be causing a mix-up.

As initial troubleshooting, try clearing your browser cache and see if the error persists. This is like giving your browser a quick refresh and can resolve many common issues.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Hi @pipoulito

Thanks for your response! Continuing the other thread and to answer your question, to add your custom PHP calculations in the WooCommerce analytics view, you can indeed use various hooks provided by WooCommerce. However, it should be noted that modifying the analytics dashboard typically involves advanced customization and is intended for developers. Additionally, our support only covers the core features of WooCommerce and since this involves code customization it’s a bit outside our support policy.

You can review our documentation about WooCommerce Hooks: https://woocommerce.com/document/introduction-to-hooks-actions-and-filters/

You can also explore other extensions from our WooCommerce marketplace that might offer a dashboard with gateway fees, such as PayHelm: Export, Reports and Analytics for WooCommerce

In case you need specific assistance with customizations, based on the feedback we get from our customers we highly recommend contacting one of the services on our Customization page.

    Hi @pipoulito ,

Thanks for your response. We noticed there’s already an open thread here. As such, I’ll be setting this thread as resolved, and we can continue the conversation there.

For future support, kindly avoid creating duplicate threads. ??

    Hi @sgruener

Thanks for reaching out! I understand how important it is to have the rating system working so your customers can leave feedback. Issues like this can happen due to plugin or theme conflicts.

For us to provide better advice, can you please send over the status report and any relevant screenshots here? You can use snipboard.io to take a screenshot or loom.com to record your screen (if preferred). Then paste the link here.

For the system status report you can get it from WooCommerce → Status, selecting Get system report, and then Copy for Support. Then paste it here using the <code> block.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Hi @oscarcreativedigital

Thanks for reaching out. We understand it can be frustrating customers are unable to add card details to complete a purchase. To move forward, could you please share if they’re seeing any specific error messages apart from the field being greyed out? Also please share which payment gateway extension/plugin you’re using.

If it’s greyed out, it means that the area to enter card details is inactive, which can be caused by a few different factors like incorrect settings or plugin conflicts. Could you checked if your payment gateway is correctly configured and connected? Sometimes, the payment fields can be disabled if there’s an issue with the payment gateway settings or if it hasn’t been properly set up.

Let us know how it goes.

    Hi @bassmang5

We appreciate the quick check on your end! After looking into the system status report again, everything seems in order on the technical side with the plugins and WooCommerce version. It does look like the website is connected to WooCommerce.com since the report lists it as connected.

Given everything is correct there, it’s curious the store isn’t showing up on your account. Could you try clearing the transients within your WooCommerce system which can sometimes resolve such display issues:

    1. Navigate to WooCommerce > Status in your WordPress dashboard.
    2. Head over to the “Tools” tab.
    3. Look for “WooCommerce transients” and click the “Clear transients” button.

You might also want to try refreshing your browser cache in case it’s loading old data.

Let us know if it displays correctly after these steps.

    Hi @pipoulito

Thanks for your question! Currently, WooCommerce Analytics does not have a built-in feature to display Stripe fees in the dashboard.

To view Stripe fees, typically, we recommend checking the Stripe account dashboard which includes the fees per transaction. Hope this helps.
