In reply to: [WooCommerce] How to set up create accounts after they check outIt’s great to hear that you’re eager to enable post-checkout account creation. To find these settings, you’ll want to navigate to your WordPress dashboard, go to WooCommerce > Settings, and click on the ‘Accounts & Privacy‘ tab. There you’ll find the option to allow customers to create an account after checkout. Simply check the box titled ‘Allow customers to create an account after checking out’ to activate this feature. More details can be found here: https://woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/accounts-and-privacy/
Hope this helps!

In reply to: [Google Analytics for WooCommerce] It does not record traffic from Romania.Hi @vasilis4sar
I understand you’re not seeing events from Romania. It looks like you’ve applied blanket consent settings for a list of countries.
For Romania, you could try double-checking if there’s a typo or a setting that’s treating it differently. Also, verify that Romania’s local laws on data consent requires a unique approach. Here’s something I found on the web that might help.
Let me know how it goes.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Checkout page is showing large TICK marks in mobileHi @janardhanjp
Thanks for reaching out! I see you’re noticing a large checkmark on the mobile view of your checkout page. When I tested it on my mobile device, I didn’t see the issue, as shown on my screenshot here and here.
However, I did notice a lot of ads, so it’s possible that one of the ads showing on your mobile device is causing this. This would also explain why it doesn’t appear on a PC or laptop, as ads can vary depending on the device you’re using and your browsing history.
Just to be sure, could you send us a screen capture of what you saw to check further? You can use snipboard.io to take a screenshot, then paste the link here.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Manual order payment not workingHi @davexrt
Great to hear you pinpointed the problem with the help of a coder. In case the code errors are within the FluidPay plugin, reaching out to their support team with the specific findings could be the next step. They should be able to patch up the issues or guide you through resolving them.
I’ll go ahead and mark this as resolved. If anything else comes up, please feel free to open a new topic.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Send New Orders use Rest APIHi @kmgreek
You’re on the right track with checking the URL. You just need one correct API endpoint. If you’re using the latest version of WooCommerce, it should be: https://mysite.com/wp-json/wc/v3/orders
Let us know how it goes.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] orders on ecommerce have overlappedHi @euloge
Thank you for reaching out! It sounds like you’ve got order number issues on your site that we need to sort out promptly. For a quick fix, you can check for duplicate order numbers by going into WooCommerce > Orders in your dashboard and reviewing the orders listed. As for the cause, this might be related to a setting or an plugin conflict.
Could you please confirm if you have any order management plugins installed or if there are outdated plugins on your dashboard?
To help us investigate further, please share your system status report. You can find it by going to WooCommerce > Status, clicking on Get system report, and then selecting Copy for support.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] customers seeing other customers details at checkoutHi @amyskea
I understand how confusing it must be to see customers’ details mixed up and not being able to process orders, especially when you haven’t made any changes yourself. What you’re describing indeed sound like a caching issue, which can cause information to display incorrectly to users.
First, please ensure that you clear all caches on your site. This includes your web host cache, any WordPress caching plugins, and your browser cache. Even if your checkout is excluded, it’s important to make sure no cached data is causing these problems. Also, WordPress caching plugins like WP Super Cache might be able to help clear them.
Then, check your WooCommerce System Status for any alerts or issues. You can find this under WooCommerce > Status in your WordPress dashboard. If the issue persists, please share the System Status Report so we can dig in further.
Looking forward to getting this sorted out.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Store ConnectionHi @bassmang5
Thanks for the update. We’re glad to hear your site is functioning well and you managed to connect using the other admin. It’s indeed unusual that the store would got disconnected, even though you’ve connected before.
Sometimes these issues happen due to various factors like updates or admin changes. It’s a good plan to monitor the connection to make sure it stays active. Do keep us posted if anything else comes up.
Hi @itsmefti
Thanks for sharing your experience and I understand that seeing this type of error can be frustrating. Looking at the error message you shared, this issue might be caused by the latest update you installed or a conflict between parts of your site, like your plugins or theme. To move forward, could you try the following:
- Check for updates: Make sure your WooCommerce, themes, and plugins are all up to date.
- Deactivate plugins: Try turning off plugins one by one, especially those related to the cart and checkout. After each one, check if the error goes away.
- Theme test: Switch to a basic theme temporarily, like Storefront by WooCommerce, and see if the issue is still there.
For safety, we recommend backing up your site first or use a staging site.
If the issue persists kindly share more details like a System Status Report so we can try to check other angles. You can find it by going to WooCommerce → Status, selecting Get system report, and then Copy for Support.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] woo helpHi @madmacz
First of all, welcome to Woo & WordPress. We’re glad to have you here! ??
does WooCommerce have a built in affiliate program? and a way where a client can sign up and buy our digital product and sign in weekly to download the content we create for them? very new to word press and woo
About your question, while WooCommerce doesn’t include a built-in affiliate program, you can easily integrate one with several available extensions, such as Affiliate for WooCommerce or Affiliate Program for WooCommerce. This allows you to manage your affiliates from within your dashboard.
For clients to purchase your digital products and then sign in regularly to download the content, WooCommerce core features should be enough. Your customers can create accounts during checkout and then simply log in to access their purchases whenever you update your content. But if you plan to have subscriptions enabled, you might want to look into this extension.
Let me know if you have any more inquiries.

In reply to: [WooPayments: Integrated WooCommerce Payments] Woopayment payout failureHi @clothbot
Thanks for reaching out. Since this looks like an account-related issue, it’s best to create a support ticket while logged into your WooCommerce account for security reasons.
From a desktop browser, go to Woo.com > My Account > Support?. If you proceed with this route, please include a link to this forum thread so we can keep track of what has already been done or discussed here.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Connect to google merchant not workingHi @jennwin
Thanks for reaching out, I see that you’re having concerns connecting to your Google Merchant account with the spinning wheel not leading anywhere.
As a first step, could you try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser to see if this helps. It could be a visual issue brought by outdated cached data. If that doesn’t do the trick, could you check if any ad blockers are active? Sometimes they can interfere with the connection process.
Let me know how it goes.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce analytic not workingHi @techcaps
Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear that you’re facing this! After clearing the analytics cache, the next step is to import your historical data to select a date range of the data you want to consider. This should help fill in those missing details. Please take a look at this guide here: Import Historical Data WooCommerce analytics
If that doesn’t sort things out, could you provide more information about what exactly you’re seeing? A screenshot of your dashboard view would be really helpful too. Looking forward to getting this sorted out.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Register for Google Pay and Apple PayThanks for your question! Just to clarify, are you aiming to integrate Google Pay and Apple Pay into your WooCommerce store? If yes, you’d want a payment gateway that supports these options. An extension like WooPayments includes the ability to use both Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Check out these guides for setting up:
If this isn’t what you intended, please share more details.
