Yes, I am using the latest versions and I have updated my theme. The problem appeared before I did any updates, and it persisted after everything was updated to the latest versions.

I am loathe to change my theme, as it is advisable to do any theme changes on a staging site to avoid any loss of settings and data.

We are so often casually told to go back to the default theme, but it is not that simple. To transfer this entire site to a staging site would take a long time, and in the end it would entail different server settings and other factors, which might render the test useless.

I’m not sure whether perhaps the host updated PHP to 8, because nothing was changed in our setup. The error happened when trying to edit a product. This was with an outdated WP and WooCommerce version – I can’t remember which ones. I was prompted to update those and many other plugins. After all were updated, I still got the same error. The only solution was changing PHP to 7.4.
I’m not able to replicate the issue unless I change it back to 8, but will break the site again.

I’m having the same issue. It isn’t resolved with the latest Divi update – I’ve just updated to 4.4. Perhaps it was fixed and broke again?

I created a new filter with the same specs and this time it worked! Must have been some sort of glitch. The original one still shows the numbers.

Did anyone solve this? I have tried three different plugins including Yoast without success. The sitemap file is generated (at least there is no error) but is not visible on the site via FTP. The URL comes up blank but seems to exist (no 404).

No worries, I appreciate your concern, and I understand that it’s probably the fault of the theme (Divi from Elegant Themes).

Thanks for your response. I’m using Divi 3.8 on the latest version of WordPress. I’m getting the error when customizing the Divi theme (not Divi options). Here is a screenshot of the error I get.

I did a quick fix by editing the file ImageView.php in the Views sub-folder of the plugin. Just search for 80 and replace with your desired pixels.
There are probably better ways to do it ??

Thanks so much for your speedy reply. I’ve seen now that there are custom post types, so I will purchase the premium version now.
If I still have problems with the third issue, I’ll let you know.

I have got my host to put this in the PHP settings:

display_errors = Off
display_startup_errors = Off

Can you advise whether this is a good idea? Seeing as I can’t solve it any other way, I’m stuck with this solution.
