Hello @alanjacobs,
Thanks for reaching out to us last night.
Just an update, we’ve installed the HappyFiles plugin on our testing site to double-check the compatibility with our PDA. It looks like there is a conflict with this plugin that prevents our PDA plugin from working properly.
After deactivating the plugin, everything is working well here.
Could you please try to deactivate the HappyFiles plugin for a while and let us know if it works for you too?
I’ve created a customer request for our team to check what the conflict is about.
Are you open to switching to other more popular file manager plugin such as FileBird, by the way?
Please also share with us what you want to achieve with our plugin, e.g. your use case, in more detail so that we can advise you accordingly.
You might want to drop us an email at hello(at)preventdirectaccess.com for faster assistance from our team.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

In reply to: [PPWP - Password Protect Pages] Styling password formHi @melanie71,
Thanks for reaching out to our team.
The layout and alignment partially depend on the theme you’re using too. That’s why we cannot put everything on the widget itself.
Anyway, to center the password field, simply add this CSS code into your WordPress Customizer.
.ppw-input { text-align: center; }
As for the padding, can you please go to our chat support located at the bottom of our PPWP Pro website now so that we can assist you quicker?
Hey @sifyg83,
Thanks for contacting us.
First of all, please always clear your browser cache or force refresh when testing the URLs. (Ctrl + F5 on Windows and Linux or CMD + R on Mac)
Could you please illustrate our problem in more detail?
Can you still access your protected files (images/pdf)?
What happens (any errors, messages) when you view your private/secure URL?Forum: Reviews
In reply to: [Prevent Direct Access - Protect WordPress Files] Does the jobHi Li-An,
Taking your request into account, the team has decided to allow unlimited protected files.
You can just upgrade the plugin to see the changes.
Understand that you might have your own preference when it comes to which plugins to use. May I ask you a favor & re-rate our plugin?
It will be great for us & our awesome WordPress community. We’ve spent weeks if not months to develop Free plugins for you to use.
Thanks a lot.

In reply to: [Prevent Direct Access - Protect WordPress Files] Does the jobHi Li-An,
I’m Rex from the plugin team. Thanks for your feedback.
I understand that 3 protected files might not be enough for you. May I know roughly how many files you’d like to be protected by our plugin?
