wordpress editor issue

Hi I am using wordpress 3.0.4 but when I select write new post, I dont see the editor proper.
When I check the error console in firefox I get,

Error: tinymce is not defined

when I see the source of my page following two files get 404 file not found issue,
<script type=’text/javascript’ src=’https://www.ajaymatharu.com/wp-includes/js/tinymce/tiny_mce.js?ver=327-1235′></script&gt;
<script type=’text/javascript’ src=’https://www.ajaymatharu.com/wp-includes/js/tinymce/langs/wp-langs-en.js?ver=327-1235′></script&gt;

and when i check the response of all the files I can see that none of the files in wp-includes folder are being fetched although all the files are there they still give me 404 file not found issue.

I have tried everything,
– Cleared Cache
– Disabled all the plugins and checked
– Deleted wp-includes and re uploaded it

Can anyone help me with this.
