We are sorry to hear you had issues. We try our hardest to make the software as good as possible but we’re a small company. Some of the features auto-save, some do not and thanks to your suggestions we will ensure they all do.

We have fully tested the contests in the Mac/Safari, but not all the features of the editor. You are correct, for that we are sorry, but we are a very small company and we are trying to improve as fast as we can.

We have fully refunded your $7.95 and again are sorry for any problems this caused you.

Although you get several features for free there are paid options. What feature were you looking for that you didn’t get in the paid package?

I wouldn’t say we are crazy expensive when our paid packages start at $7.95 or you can choose individual features you want starting at $5.00.
