I thought I was dealing with the same problem until I understood how the plugin works, which is different from the others. In the TOOLS – Core Rollback section, select the desired version (e.g. 6.6.2) and click the button to confirm your choice. You’ll get the impression that nothing’s happening… in fact you need now to go to the update page, and the option to reinstall version 6.6.2 will be available among the system update buttons.

Ok, it was my hosting company who was blocking access for security reasons. Now I hope your plugin is secure…

If you don’t have a backup of your database using the previous version of the plugin, you may have lost a part or all of you conditional menus. In my case, reinstalling the plugin did not recover my menus, I had to rebuilt them again manualy.

You’re probably having the same confusion I had… when the gray overlay appears, try just scrolling to the top of the page and the option windows is there… it’s just fixed to the top of the browser window. I proposed the idea of making that option window to stay in the middle of the browser windows no matter where you are. I hope they will implement it.

Excellent. It’s working. Unfortunately, even if you go back a version, all the conditionnal menus you’ve created are lost. It seems to have erased the data.

Same here… the option to create a “conditional menu” has disappeared and remove all of them in the website… It seem for me a conflict with Polylang…

Ok i found it… It’s in the “_terms” database table, at the end of the “term_group” column.

You probably activate the settings option to synchronize the medias, and your logo image is link to the wrong language. Deactivate that option, or add a logo image for every language.
