Are you sure that you are using WP-SMS? Since we have no such feature, I guess you have commented on the wrong plugin. WP-SMS doesn’t have any FAQ option.

Thanks for your compliment.
If you disable the GeoIP setting from the following path, the Country and City columns will be removed from the tables. As you are using IP anonymization, so the GeoIP settings are not practical anymore for you.
Dashboard > Statistics > Settings > Externals > GeoIP Settings
Anyway, you can use the below CSS codes to achieve the requested feature:
table.table-stats tr:first-child td:nth-child(2), table.table-stats tr:first-child td:nth-child(3) { display: none; }

Yes. Our plugin supports most Iranian gateways. You have to choose gateways based on your requirements. Our clients mostly use Hostiran and Melipayamak.

The mentioned functionality is working without any problem on our local servers. The tested version is 13.2.2.1 (the latest version).
I also tested it on a fresh WordPress installation. It worked well.

The only way to remove the previous statistics is to clean the WP-Statistics database. But this action will erase everything. Please watch the following video:
