OK, since we’ve fixed this one, I’ll close the ticket. For the browser cache issue , we’ve just pushed a new version 2.0.6 which should fix the cache issue with the admin javascript files.

We do have shortcodes for that purpose but that feature is available only in the premium version of the plugin.

The issue should be fixed in the 2.0.3 version of the plugin just released. Please install the newest version and let us know does it help.

Yes, the latest version of the plugin released today is tested with the WooCommerce 4.2 version.
