In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Change menu position?Hi Clay,
Have you tried adding a top margin to the container?

Hi GL,
Have you been through these forums and checked the common things, for example do you have the wp_head() and wp_footer() calls in your header.php and footer.php files and ensured that the Use Shortcode option is turned off?

Hi there,
That’s fine – the fact it says “Upgrade today” means its the free version.
In either case, can you explain what settings are not working exactly?
Unfortunately if there is no way of seeing it online I can’t really provide any advice as it could be any number of reasons.
Is there no way for me to be able to see it in action?
All the best
Hi there,
Sorry I was confused as you mentioned the preview option but that is a Pro only feature.
Is the plugin working at all or is it just some settings that aren’t and if so which ones?

Adding
wp_head()
andwp_footer()
fixed this issue and topic is now closed.Hi matt,
Can you confirm you don’t have the Use Shortcode option turned on and that you have the wp_head() and wp_footer() calls in the header.php and footer.php files respectively?
All the best
Hey there,
If you have the Pro and Free versions its possible as they are seperate entities, with only one it is not possible.
You can use text as the button if you want as you can set any class or ID as your trigger.
Hope that helps

In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Not Working! So Frustrating!Hi ashley,
There is no pre-built code to do this but you can create some custom css to overwrite the positioning and display values and some further css to hide the button permanently.
Your web developer should be able to knock this up for you in less than 5 minutes.
Hope that helps
Hi there,
Sure, have you turned the option on and if so what issue are you having with it?
All the best
