Thank you for the feedback and giving complements on plugin features.
Regarding plugin issues you claimed i think support staff had given you information and replied your ticket multiple times in last 2 days. There are no such issues present in plugin which you stated above and we tried to clear your confusion as well. Still let me clear here as well since you raised your concern here.
1. It is not possible for your customers to Book appointment in past date. If you felt so then it is probably because of timezone difference from your website time and device time from which you are making booking. System will work according to the time you stated on your WordPress website. We had shared you video as well. If you still believe there is an issue you can provide support staff some proof and way of how to regenerate the issue and they definitely fix any such issue immediately if present.
2. Also, you stated here that support staff is blaming others for their problems. I think that is also not true as there as our support staff is always committed to solve the issue and that is what they did, if something happened due to server configuration then unfortunately they have to point you in that direction in order to solve your problem and it does not mean it is blaming someone.
From your review, i believe you still want to use BookingPress but just have some issues which you wanted to be addressed and we are more than happy to help but it make take few hours to reply due to timezone difference between our locations.

If you are asking about feature then and if it is not there then best way to get it is sharing your thought so that if more people are interested then we can add that feature on priority basis.
And that is the reason BookingPress is been loved by couple of thousand people as it is built through request of lots of users.
But, unfortunately you are not one of those happy users, I highly appreciate that you shared your problems.
We genuinely encourage you to share your other issues too if you have, i am not asking you to do the developer job or work of a tester. But if you share your past experienced issues in details then we get to know if its bug then it will be solved immediately and you are doing favor to other users too. And if it is not bug then we get chance to explain and clear confusion so if anybody else read this then they get some help.Thank you very much for trying BookingPress.

It seem you are using premium version of BookingPress. I am sorry to know that you had to suffer this way but i believe BookingPress itself can not have that many bugs as lots of websites are using it.

I have checked the registration with a user, and the Book Appointment page is restricted therefore kindly follow the below provided steps and also make sure that you are using the latest version of ARMember Lite (v4.0.35) if not then kindly update the plugin and then follow the steps:
1. If you are willing to allow the logged in members to access the page then kindly check at the ARMember Lite -> Content Access Rules page here you can turn on the default restriction switch also, to allow the members who are logged in and having no plan to their account, kindly check the checkbox for “Users Having no plan”.
2. If you want to allow the plan users to also access this page then check the checkbox for the plans as well and then save the changes. And now create a new test user and then check by logging in with/without any plan into their account in a private browser. Also, if you are using a caching system then, kindly check by temporarily deactivating the caching system from the plugin or server side caching.
Kindly follow these steps and then let me know how it goes.

ARMember Free Plan type is for an infinite period, so if you are willing to set it to a fixed expiration period with free then you need to create a finite plan type with the 0 amount.
Regarding the “stop from downgrading” you can create the different setup forms for each plan and then with the help of the ARMember Restrict Content Shortcode you can hide the setup form’s shortcode of the downgraded plan for the member having an infinite membership plan, kindly check the below provided example:
[arm_restrict_content? plan=”{PLAN_ID}”? type=”hide”]
SETUP FORM SHORTCODE GOES HERE

[/arm_restrict_content]Replace the {PLAN_ID} as per your requirements. You can get plan ID from the ARMember Lite -> Manage Plans page.
