I think he only made this custom template for only this page, because the rest are normal. I remember he said something before he went underground that he will make a custom page template and insert it and I will be able to use it on whatever page I want.

Not sure how to do it, anyone here want to help me make this? I will pay some deniros for the help.

Yes the left side is normally edited under Pages, the right side is edited by a Widget.

Under Page attributes I have only

Parent and Order, on parent, there is no choice, on Order its 6. Not sure what that means?

No it did not come with the theme, my theme was done specially for me and it was not like that from the beginning. I asked my developer to make it like that and he did and now hes gone underground and I cannot ask him how he did it.
