Hi @niklasinpsyde ,
There were 3 failed orders. I’m not sure if all of them had the same error code or not (only got 1 customer screenshot), but only one of those 3 failed orders had a discounted item in the cart– a product bundle discount using the plugin “WPC Product Bundles for WooCommerce (Premium)” by WPClever.
My client has decided to completely move away from the PayPal plugin for now because it kept having issues processing payments, but if there’s an easy settings workaround for this error, I’d love to know some more info in case it’s a simple fix.
If it’s not, I still really appreciate you getting back to me with what you have so far. Still helpful info. ?? Thank you!
Hi, Thanks so much for that info.
Yeah, we only want to use the free version for the UPS shipping options in checkout (no label creation). We haven’t even filled out any info on the “shipping label” tab in the plugin settings.
So is there no way for me to save settings for the free version now without submitting my email to start a free trial? The button at the end of settings now says “save and start 60-day trial”, there’s not regular plain “save” button anywhere. Being that the plugin stopped working suddenly, I wanted to try re-saving or changing some settings to troubleshoot and debug, but client doesn’t want to do the free HITShipo trial at this time.
Thank you ??
Problem solved ??

The new version you sent me worked perfectly. It can now be taken more than once on the same computer. Thank you so much for all your help!!
That would be awesome! I really appreciate you being open to doing that to help me. Thank you so much. ??

In reply to: [Swell Lite] php syntax errorIf you don’t have a backup, you can probably go to a 4 week old change log for the Swell-lite theme at this location and scroll all the way to the bottom of the page, look under the title Download in other formats: and click “zip archive”. That will download a zip file. Unzip/extract it. The extracted file will be named “swell-lite”. Open it and there will be a another folder called 1.1.1. Rename this folder to swell-lite and then zip it into a .zip file.
To Install– Under the “Themes” tab in your WordPress dashboard, click “upload theme” at the top of the page. Then choose the swell-lite zip file you made and click “Install Now”.
Let me know if that works out okay for you.

In reply to: [Swell Lite] Does Swell Lite have a full width template?Yes it does. While editing an individual page, you can set it to have the “full width” template in the right sidebar menu under the option “template”.

In reply to: [Swell Lite] Need help creating child theme for Swell LiteIf you’re still having issues doing it manually then you can try using a plugin called Easy Child Theme Creator. I’ve used it before when I’ve had trouble and it was successful.

In reply to: [Swell Lite] php syntax errorHey Benny! I’m using Swell Lite theme as well and this happened to me right after I updated to the latest version of the theme earlier today. I deleted the most recent version of the Swell Lite theme and manually installed my most recent older version from one of my backups and it fixed the issue. I’ll just refrain from updating until they come out with a new version that fixes the issue. Do you have an older version backup of the theme?
