Have you tried turning off your plugins to see if it changes anything? It may turn out that one of your plugins needs to be updated.

The second thing that I would try is switching to the 2013 standard theme. Does that change anything?

Hi! WordPress is one awesome platform but as you stated, it also has to work with our themes and everything else. The first trick is to align the images left.

If that does not work then yes make life easier and use Photoshop. It will not hurt anything at all.

What hosting company are you using?
Have you tried doing this by going directly through the cpanel?

Do you have access to your hosting account? When I didn’t want to use the plugin, I found it easier to upload the file that Google provides to my hosting. Have you tried that option?

What browser are you using? This is likely a browser issue. Try opening it in a browser that you do not normally use.

Hi! You could buy the new domain and just point it. However, do note that the import function will actually bring images. The key is that both sites must be live when you do the import export for it to work.
