    I am on the same quest, the best I could find so far is jamroom.net and I am currently testing it now but it seems to need alot of work to make your own template, but for wordpress I also recommend podpress which automatically adds a flash mp3 player (2 to choose from) as well as a podcast, I think using wordpress for a music CMS is fine, for an example see my site – RenatoMusic.com

    ANYWAY, I had the same exact problem today, I was checking all the dam xml files and no luck, I found the podcast xml and put a space between the tags that look simialr to try and insure they would not be strung together then DEACTIVED THE PODPRESS PLUGIN AND LOADED THE SITE AND CHECKED THE PODCAST LINK IN THE SIDE BAR THEN RE-ACTIVATED THE PLUGIN AND IT SEEMED TO WORK.
