Yes Alex, but for the more visual editors, that’s not properly a “solution”.
It should just be some little conflict on the code you developed for the plugin, but with some impact on the users.

Yes, if use the backend editor of the WPBakery, the pencil to edit a POST GRID or other elements appears and works correctly as far as i can see. But when i switch to the frontend editor, i can’t edit that elements as i pictured above.

I updated the plugin for the latest version, but still not seeing the box. Where did you saw facebook like box resources commented on source code?

thanks for the quick response.
I’m just using shortcode.

1. I already had shortcode on some of my posts from using the previous version of the plugin. That ones should work too after the update, right?

2. If not, i generated a new shortcode from the new plugin after establishin connection to my facebook page. But the results are the same in these 2 cases, i mean: the code doesn’t appear as text, but theres no facebook like box too. Just blank space.

I noticed in the shortcode generator it says a facebook app id is optional? I’m not putting anything in that field? Could be this one causing the problem? Or establishing a connection to the facebook page during the configuration of the plugin is enough?

@jeherve i’m using WPFastest Cache. But when i reported the problem here i was not using any cache plugin. I just had a few plugins enabled, so i could figure out which plugin was slowing down the back office.

Additional Info: I did the last print screen with the cache plugin enabled. However, the cache is not enabled for Back Office neither for logged in users on the website.

I contacted pinterest, but the problem was on the yoast facebook box of my wordpress profile. I thought i had to put the complete url of my facebook profile when it’s only my username. Problem solved.

@devnihil but i have that option filled on my profile.

i’ve been contacting my host about this issue and what they told me was that i had disabled XMLRPC via the WP AIO Security Plugin. And that by doing so, login functions would be generated from the Server IP (it’s static) rather than the Client’s IP. I don’t if is this the cause because i still not tested it. But i would like to hear your opinions too about this.

Well, that’s a problem of theirs, not yours. This doesn’t happen to everyone, it’s a chrome conflict and probably doesn’t conflict only with pro player i guess . It happens after installions people may do in their computers …
