Thank you. I had figured it out in the past few days on my own.

I watched the video and got it mainly set-up. However, it keeps loading my page 1 over and over. So it won’t load page 2 etc.

Great, I’ll check out the backend solution. I was searching for it, and couldn’t find it. What folder is under? I can use the Plugins Editor to find it I think.

Can anyone else, confirm that they have (or have not) successfully grabbed blank space using regex?

Ok, my latest realization is that this plugin doesn’t work for grabbing a blank space or ‘%20’ from a URL. I’m quite certain I’ve covered my bases with no luck.

Updates coming? Please add functionality to grab blank space. /s doesn’t work in any combination I’ve tried.

Still no luck, I’ve tried lots of combos. Here’s my exact string:

/tag/Masters%20of%20Analytics

The %20 is representative of space but i can’t seem to be able to grab that. Any help or ideas? Thanks to all!

correction – The common string as it appears in Webmaster Tools is: ‘%20’ which I guess is blank space. Obviously a bad url writer. So how do I match any/all instances of ‘%20’ using regex?

You got it, thanks Tom! Wow, 500 url’s just redirected with that short regex.

I’m struggling with this as well. I have 500+ bad urls that all have this in common: /37-category-topic/

Example: /37-category-topic/blah-blah-blah?start=50

What is the regex for matching all urls that contain this and then anything after it?

I don’t think you want to crop that out, I think you want to try to ‘match’ those variations, and then do a 301 redirect. I’m trying to figure out the same thing right now. Have you made any progress since your post?

WP Job Manager with Paid Listings License code WPJM-414D-A4AE-EFB1-42EA

That setting, when clicked; routes me to the WordPress page for ‘Job Listing’ where you can obviously edit the slug; but I’m guessing that’s not the base permalink you were referring to.

Am I looking at this wrong; it appears I can change the base permalink in admin. I changed it from /jobs/ to /analytics-jobs/ for example. But I’m in test mode so wasn’t sure if this is in fact the ‘base permalink’ for all future jobs posted. Would you mind if I send a screenshot of my admin panel. It’s literally under Job Manager> Settings> Admin Tab> URL path at the top.
