The “lost password” functionality seems to be there, but the link for “lost password” is incorrect on the login page.

Try by visiting …/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

Perhaps you’re using some security plugin that alters the login page?

The message you get is certainly not from the Tutor plugin itself, so something else is messing with the registration form.

Recommended steps to figure out what is causing it:

1. Disable all non-essential plugins.
2. Clear the cache.
3. Enable plugins individually clearing the cache after activation until the issue reappears … when it does keep the causing plugin disabled or try to check if it has a setting that allows to turn it off for the registration page.

I’ve done a quick search and have found several threads reporting that an ORG plugin might be involved in provoking the message …

I see the issue. Please check for the following first:

2. If you’re using caching and optimization plugins, please clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugins and other optimization plugins.

3. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

4. Remove custom CSS, Javascript and templates.

If those don’t work, please copy your site to a staging server and give us WP Admin and FTP access in a Secure Note. If you allow us to investigate in your live site, the staging process is not needed. However, troubleshooting could potentially break your site and remove live features you have.

Thank you for letting know us the step which you have informed.

Our plugin will not capture the Backer List does not display guest customers with the customer details in the case which you have mentioned.

We are capturing the abandoned cart for guest users when the user enters the email address on the Checkout Page and leave the site. We do not capture the cart if the user clicks on the “Proceed to Checkout” button for further payment process and leave the site.

And for logged-in users, carts are tracked from the time when they add the first product to the cart.
