In testing Follow-Ups I think the emails are getting hung in the scheduled email section, and not sending.
Even the report that says they were sent out, but the emails were not received in the test email inbox or spam folders.
I have a purchase follow-up created, and the trigger is one minute after the Order Status is marked complete. If I manually send the scheduled email, it goes through. It’s not following through with the scheduled email for some reason.
Thoughts?
