Hi @debsilve,
We’ll require some more information to resolve this issue. Since manual activation of users is a RegistrationMagic Premium only feature, could you please create a support ticket from our website so our team can assist you better with this problem. The WordPress support topic is only for assistance on non-premium features.
Hi @djsolin,
Thanks for checking that. The username and email fields are appearing pre-filled for you as you are opening the form in logged in state. For non-logged in users, these will not appear pre-filled.
Could you please create a new form and try form submission on that. We’d like to know if this issue is appearing on all forms or only one form.Hi @debsilve,
For emails, are you using the default WordPress method or SMTP from Global Settings -> Email Configuration settings?

Hi @kthorjensen,
Were you able to recheck this issue with all other plugins deactivated?
Hi @michaelimi,
Could you please let us know which payment method you are using on your forms.
Hi @djsolin,
Could you please check form submission with all other plugins on your site deactivated. This could be a conflict with another plugin on the site.
Thank you for taking out the time to leave us a review. We have happy to hear that you are satisfied with RegistrationMagic and our support services.
Hi @kthorjensen,
The password reset process is working fine on our testing servers. Could you please recheck this with all other plugins on your site deactivated. This could be a conflict with another plugin on the site.
Hi @kthorjensen,
Could you please provide us the exact error messages you are seeing so we can have more information to look into the issue.
Hi @joantapiolas,
As you have noticed already, redirection after form submission can only be done to a specific page or a static URL. Redirecting back to the referrer URL is not an available option right now. However, we have noted your requirement and will plan on adding this feature to RegistrationMagic in the near future.
Due to lack of further response, we are closing this topic.
Hi @commontater,
Thank you for writing back. Do let us know if you have any further questions or concerns regarding this integration.
Hi @debsilve,
Is the user account getting activated in the backend once the admin clicks on the activation link? Also, have you checked for the activation email in ‘Spam’ of the mailbox as well?
Hi @commontater,
To enable the “MailPoet” newsletter in a profile, you need to activate the “Enable MailPoet” option and the “Enable MailPoet Tab” option. These settings can be found under “Group Options >> MailPoet” for a group. Once you enable this configuration, members of that group will see the “Newsletter” tab under the “Settings” tab on their profile page.
You can choose specific mailing lists for a group in the group options, allowing group members to subscribe only to those lists. The ProfileGrid MailPoet integration works only with registered users on the site. If you are using RegistrationMagic forms for registration, you will need to enable the “Enable WordPress User Account Creation” option found under “RegistrationMagic >> Form Dashboard >> General Settings” in the dashboard for group registration.
