    Update : it was MY mistake!

    I’d like to start by apologising to your team for my first review. After further digging, I found that I installed another plugin that had affected my website’s database so in the end it was recklessness on my part that caused the issue. The plugin works fine.

    I have updated my review in hope to make up for the inconvenience I caused.
