Hi again, There seems to be a glitch in the settings. I cannot change the FROM sender NAME, not the email address. As noted, the email address is fine. This is NOT resolved. Can you please field this again???? There seems to be nothing I can do and it looks like your system has a GLITCH. Thanks.

The email address is authorized but FROM: should say “Ruling Class Observer” and it does not.
