I wanted to feedback that I was able to handle the disabled tickets as follows
a) I created a regular product “Disabled Parking”, that is limited to 1 per order
b) I created this in the same category as the event ticket and linked them. So now when a user goes to the event ticket is displays the “You may also like the disabled ticket”…so now I can see in a reservation if they need disabled parking.I then loaded the free module for “poor mans swiss army knife” for woo commerce. I added a field to checkout registration called “License Tag where they enter the tag.
I will shortly add some jquery that detects the disabled ticket and if it exists , disable submit until the TAG has been entered.

The QR code on the HTML ticket is fine, but still not the PDF even after download of1.6.3.This is the link to the PDF..

Regading the site ….. its a Cpanel that I have configured to run on Amazons AWS …… Its really a nice environment to manage servers and scale…. The wordpress is installed via Installatronand the whocommerce and ticket app is installed directly from inside wordpress

The 2nd part of my question applies … if we add custom fields, or product attributes ..any way to get them to present for selection ? I tried an attribute and a custom field and neither seemed to work.

Again thanks for the awesome responseif i disable “enable guest checkout” or enable it, makes no difference to this problem. I have added a temporary link to tell users to create an account. would be good to resolve this though…:-)
If I create a non admin test user it works when logged in as the test user. So it seems that maybe its just anonymous users…
I have “enable guest checkout” enabled…so maybe there is some problem with that.
By the way … im volunteering time for a non profit school that will continue to use the reservation site once this event is over. If you have a reduced rate or pro bono program for non profits/ charity / community , please let me know and ill see if I can afford to donate it. The seating chart would be awesome for them !!
I also noticed by this video https://screencast.com/t/fUK8hVHAY9 that upon going to the event, besides not saving to cart, if I adjust quantity, it seems to have a problem saving the quantity change.

There are times that as admin it also did not work… sometimes IE does not work, sometimes opera does not workI hope this is helpful..

Im only using the product page because the event page does not work.I created the event page.
I see the ticket quantity selector
I select 2 tickets
I click the green button
Tells me its saved the reservation
I click to checkout
/cart tells me no tickets !!There was one time that It seemed to work, but never after that …keeps telling me my cart is empty.
So again ..that product page is only an interim solution as I cannot get purchase from event page to complete. Keeps giving me empty cart.
