I’m using WordPress SEO. I really don’ get it; Some titles are showing properly, others have my URL added to it not once, but twice.

“Add New” (post-new.php) shows the post form again with:
a) XCache object cache DISABLED
b) XCache database cache ENABLED
But “Save Draft”, “Publish” etc. still don’t.

With both caches disabled, every link and button works again.

Clicking the “empty only the opcode cache” also renders a blank page. Empty only the disk cache(s) works fine.

Can you please tell us how you solved this problem? Thanks!

Having a similar problem. My “Site Title” is inserted before the post title. Made it blank in General Settings and now it’s gone. My template has <title><?php wp_title(”); ?></title> though.

After a while, the server has stabilized and I was able to reactivate after some 777 chmodding.

I’m running WP 2.8.6 on Apache 2.0.63 and today, when I updated w3tc to its latest version, I got a fatal error when the auto-update mode tried reactivating it. Immediately afterwards, the dedicated server become irresponsive and slow (maybe because I’m getting good traffic but the plugin is inactive). However, every time I try to activate the plugin, the server goes berserk.

Any ideas?

Same problem for me, using the latest version. After saving the options, I just get an empty page. Tried in IE, FF and Opera.

That’s what you get when you have 150 plugins installed on a sandbox WordPress installation and just search for “Facebook” to try to find the plugins.

Interesting project, and it sounds simple, but how do I enable the modular plugins? The admin panel just displays my API key.
