Update:

Actually I have now found out that an error message happens for all membership levels unless a discount code is applied that gives the first billing cycle free. This means the error only occurs if an actual payment is trying to be made. This narrows down where to look for the problem, but I still haven’t had any luck in finding it!

I followed the how-to support link but it didn’t help much, so I have set up a page on the website in question with a screen shot of the image on the page (with messages blanked out).

You can see the blue ‘send’ bar at the bottom of the screen shot and badly aligned icon. I have tried switching themes but the problem persists.

Thanks for the reply. What do you think would be shifting it? It looks ok on desktop/laptop view.

Would you happen to know how to tune it with CSS? I am not familiar with coding, but do use the ‘Code Snippet’ plug in to make a few tweeks to my site here and there. Any pointers would be appreciated!

I can get it to display my own related videos by inserting ?rel=0 after the video URL, but ultimately I would like it to just revert back to its own thumbnail after playing (like it used to)

I have this same problem…..your category dropdown menu doesn’t work. Please can you let me know if this gets resolved and how so.

This dropdown category search function is essential. The plugin is pretty much useless without it!

Is there any chance someone can get back to me on this please? I will leave it one more day but otherwise I am going to have to re-enable membership paywalls and look into another plug-in. It is essential search functions work correctly otherwise the plug-in is pretty much useless.
