Just ran into the same issue on one of my client’s sites, the rolled out update to V3.0.1 did the trick!
@laptophobo The issue at my website redzephyrdesign.com was related to another plugin error that I have since resolved, unrelated to the events calendar (which is not even installed on that site).
The site we do have The Events Calendar plugin installed on is experiencing other issues there again, unrelated to the plugin itself, we are in the process of moving that site to another host at this point and restoring it. The plugin however is running well on our staging site and in the new site we are migrating, so far so good. Site will eventually be live here: https://shoredailynews.com
Hope this helps!
@laptophobo We were able to export the Time.ly calendar as an .ics file and directly import that into the new Tribe The Events Calendar – one thing to note however in order to do that you will need to purchase one of their packages that contains the “Event Aggregator” plugin in order to perform an import.
Hopefully this helps you – feel free to ask any questions, I’m glad to help.

Red Zephyr Design@laptophobo The Events Calendar plugin is the one we ultimately went with, it works perfectly and has many great features. We actually bought the paid version to receive automatic updates and other feature such as the Community Calendar, so far we’re quite pleased with the switch.
Hope it works out good for you!
I understand your pain, we’ve opted to go with a different event calendar plugin after this latest event, this plugin has been such trouble for well over a year and a switch is well overdue. It could be a conflict with our specific theme, however any attempts to bring this to the attention of the developers has brought little to no attention so we’ve been left on our own to figure it out.
The site does work fine with the plugin disabled.
So far I’ve tested installation of every version going back to 1.0.4 with no positive results, I know this plugin was not that outdated so I’m beginning to believe this has to do with my older version PHP. We’re working on updating that so I will let you know if this fixes the issue.
Thanks for your help.
Perfect, thank you very much!
I thought it was 1.3.0 but apparently not. Could you try sending the previous version to that? 1.2.0?
Just installed the version 1.3.0 and it too has the same error:
Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in /var/www/mydomain.com/wordpress/wp-includes/query.php on line 28
Please help!
Still having the same issue, is there something being done to fix this?
Latest version of WordPress: 4.9.1
PHP: 5.5.38
This error displays on all pages, front and back, takes down the entire site.Alright good to know, unfortunately for the rest of the sites on the network however that will not work as I need the Domain Mapping plugin for those. Thanks for the prompt response.

In reply to: [Arconix Portfolio] Filter BrokenI looked a little further into the jquery and found that quicksand wasn’t loading, not sure what erased it. Either way, since I’m using the bones framework I simply uploaded it to my js directory and no problems, it’s working fine now.
Hopefully anyone else who runs into this issue can find this helpful as well.

In reply to: [BackUpWordPress] OMG 4GB backup filesAlright, so looking into this a bit deeper I was able to add an exclude for a particularly large image file that was inadvertently added to my site’s wp-content directory. This was completely my fault and now with the added exclude of that folder my backup file size is back to what it should be. Sorry for the confusion.
