I set several Statuses for the Unresolved Statuses, logged out, logged back in, and I still do not see Tickets.

By the way, there were two blocks to set the above, looking very much alike.

The program has been backing up the database and files every day, rather than once a month.

I’m not sure how the process is getting killed, but I have created 2 new schedules, one for the database, and one for the files, to be done monthly.
I’ll let you know what happens.

What is the “excludes functionality”?

I am wondering if your plugin is colliding with other backup plugins?
I’ve got WP Backup WordPress, and it is inactive. I am unable to delete it.

We have a new, similar problem.

Somehow, a partial schedule got in the database.
If you go to the wp-options, and search on option_name %LIKE% ‘hmbkp\_schedule_%’, you will see all the BackupWordPress schedule records, or the portions of them.
Using logical deduction (comparing the table entries to another web site’s), I deleted 2 extraneous records that had no “schedule” associated with them.
Now, the unwanted backups have ceased!
PS: I believe the zi* files are the backups of the files, not the database.
