I have the same problem, i want to change the width size for the invoice logo. i have to change the width size from here (woocommerce-delivery-notes\templates\print\style.css), i need to change the line
#letter-header .heading img {
width: 80%; /* changed from 25%*/
height: auto;
}

but i do not know how to access it!! anybody can help me please.
Note: it is not in woocommerce-delivery-notes\css\style.css
