Hi Michael, so that wasn’t quite my last question.

Does Contact Form 7 DB have a faceted/advanced search bar option? I have found a plugin called facetious (faceted search) – you can see it in action here: https://commissionondevolutioninwales.independent.gov.uk/search/doc-type/minutes/.

What can you suggest? Can I get help making turning your plugin into a more advanced search bar, or should I use his plugin to generate advanced AND yours to display the results? I am working myself into circles at this stage.

    Regards,
    Alex

Thank you Michael, exactly what I was asking about!

Just one more question before I decide which DB plugin to implement: can a front-end user/site visitor also UPDATE their details at any time?

For instance, the other plugin has a shortcorde to a [list_record] for instance; when a new user fills out the form, they get email confirmation, and in that email is a link that takes them to their details to update at any time. There is obviously some unique tracking in that email that takes them to THEIR details and no one elses.

    Many Thanks
    Alex

    Dear Carles,

We are having trouble with the newsletters being flagged as SPAM by hotmail/yahoo/google/gmail and going straight into a SPAM folder, and this SPAM folder is not always easy to find (silly as that may seem.) Any tips and tricks on how to get around this – all those who receive the newsletter HAVE signed up for it – they want the newsletter, it is not spam.

Also, any chance you will be adding a “forward to a friend” function to the knews plugin? Many newsletters have this option, where you click the “forward to a friend” link and you are taken to a page where you can enter their email addresses and names and the newsletter will be sent on to them.

    Many Thanks
    Alex
