Hi Blonde_Lili! I was having the same trouble you were, and it’s really frustrating. Then I stumbled on a really easy solution, we didn’t actually need to mess with the templates at all.
1.On your Word Press Dashboard go to “Appearance”, and then “Easel Options”.
2.From there, click on the “general” tab at the top and then scroll down to Archive and Search
3.Under “Excerpt or Full Content in archive and search.” switch the drop town to Full Content.
4.Click the Save Settings button, and your done!
