I’m going to mark this as closed until they can figure out if they want to stay with www domain or change to http domain. I think the WWW domain is what is causing the issue.

Hi Mika – they are going to both. https://domain.com resolves to https://www.domain.com <— they really want that www in there.

I’ve asked them to decide (at this point) if they want to keep the primary domain with Google as WWW or do they want to be able to manage their sites from one login (and change the main domain to https://).
